1. Returns Eligibility:

Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. Initiate a Return:

Contact our customer service at info@slipnomore.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, reason for return, and details of the product.

3. Return Authorization:

Once authorized, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

4. Packaging and Shipping:

Pack the items securely in the original packaging. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service.

5. Return Shipping Cost:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Slip No More error. Slip No More is not responsible for the loss or damage of return packages while in transit. Many couriers offer insurance at an additional charge to protect against any loss/damage. The customer should consider this.

6. Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Exclusions:

Customized or special order items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Product Warranty

  • All properly installed Slip No More chemical products are guaranteed to increase the coefficient of friction of the surface for two (2) years, provided appropriate surface preparation and cleaning procedures are followed and no contaminants are present. If, at any time during the warranty period, the treated surface loses its coefficient of friction, Slip No More shall, at its option, replace only the product. No warranty on any services, labor, or contractors is valid. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the product only.
  • Slip No More shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage, direct or consequential, arising from the use or the inability to use the product. Before application, the Buyer shall determine the product’s suitability for the intended use, and the Buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection with that. Buyer assumes all risks and responsibility associated with the disposal of the product. SlipDoctors cannot eliminate all possibilities of slip-and-fall accidents.
